Joseph Kellen Mukangai

Joseph Kellen Mukangai is a business development and relationship management professional with extensive experience in banking, SME growth, and strategic client engagement. He brings strong expertise in financial services, risk management, and business development that supports the Royal Care Foundation’s sustainability and community impact goals.

Mr. Mukangai currently serves as an SME Banker at the Cooperative Bank of Kenya, where he focuses on business growth, client acquisition, portfolio management, and compliance. He has a proven track record in managing high-value client relationships, developing financing proposals, strengthening loan book quality, and supporting enterprise growth through tailored financial solutions.

Previously, he served as a Business Development Officer and Sales Executive at the Cooperative Bank of Kenya, where he led customer acquisition initiatives, market expansion, and sales strategy implementation. Earlier in his career, he worked in agricultural development and extension services with Real IPM Company Limited, the Pyrethrum Board of Kenya, and Farmers Voice Radio, gaining valuable grassroots experience in community engagement, research, and outreach.
