Maina Elkanah

Maina Elkanah is the Founder and CEO of the Royal Care Foundation (RCF), where he leads the organization’s mission to expand access to quality healthcare and empower vulnerable and marginalized individuals to live healthier lives. He began his career as a professional accountant at the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, before moving into healthcare business development and management.

Over the past decade, he has served in leadership roles with several medical institutions, including AAR Healthcare, Imara Hospital, and The Embu Children’s Hospital (TENRI), as well as specialty facilities in orthopedic and surgical care. Guided by his passion for connecting people to health solutions, Maina brings both expertise and vision to RCF, helping deliver care that transforms lives and strengthens communities.
