Carletta Burch

Carletta Burch is a seasoned global executive and humanitarian advocate with over 30 years of experience supporting healthcare access, community development, public education, and international service. She brings a strong foundation in ethical leadership, governance, and cross-cultural collaboration that aligns with the mission of the Royal Care Foundation.


Her professional expertise includes strategic planning, human resources, budgeting, organizational development, mentoring, and workforce training. Ms. Burch is known for strengthening institutional capacity and developing sustainable operational frameworks that support effective service delivery and people-centered outcomes.


Ms. Burch has served in multiple international and humanitarian leadership roles, including with the Ministry of Local Government in Maseru, Lesotho; as Special Advisor for Gabon with Dynamic of Women and Men Leaders for Peace (DYNAFHLEP); and as Executive Vice President for Humanitarian Relief and International Development at Katie’s Soles. She also collaborates with leadership at Telecom Africa International Corporation and Third Press Publishers, contributing to global engagement and partnership development.


In addition to her executive work, Ms. Burch is a founding board member of several global organizations, including the Dr. Michelle Boone-Thornton Standard of Excellence Award, DYNAFHLEP, the Global Black Women Foundation, Inc., and the Global Black Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the WomeNomic$ Executive Advisory Board.


At the Royal Care Foundation, Ms. Burch contributes her global perspective, governance experience, and commitment to humanitarian service to advance sustainable healthcare and community health initiatives.
