Claudia Gale

Claudia Gale is a global business executive and international development strategist with extensive experience in infrastructure development, international trade, energy, and investment facilitation. She brings strong expertise in strategic planning, cross-border partnerships, and project financing that supports the Royal Care Foundation’s humanitarian and community empowerment mission.

Ms. Gale is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Gale Energy LLC, a private consultancy based in the United States that supports certified consultants, private-sector developers, international construction firms, and organizations engaged in energy, commodities, mining, and infrastructure projects. She also collaborates with non-governmental organizations, World Bank and United Nations consultants, financiers, investors, and project management firms involved in large-scale development initiatives.

Her work spans Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East, and South America, with a focus on sustainable infrastructure, energy solutions, housing, transportation, agriculture processing, and investment structuring. Ms. Gale has played a key role in facilitating financing and strategic partnerships for projects in renewable energy, electric mobility, affordable housing, mining, and agricultural value chains.

Ms. Gale holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from The Wharton School and has completed multiple executive and professional certifications in finance, leadership, and sustainable development. She is actively engaged in humanitarian and empowerment initiatives and supports nonprofit organizations focused on healthcare access, economic development, and community well-being.
