Dr. Ericka Ward

Dr. Ericka Ward is a Registered Nurse, educator, nonprofit executive, and global humanitarian leader with over 30 years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare training, and diversity and inclusion leadership. She brings deep clinical expertise and a strong commitment to health equity aligned with the mission of the Royal Care Foundation.

Her professional background includes leadership roles within Riverside Health System, where she has served in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion coordination and training development. She has over three decades of behavioral health nursing experience and has provided clinical instruction to nursing students. She is also a former U.S. Army Nurse Corps officer.

Dr. Ward is the Founder and CEO of Divine Concept Group Inc., a nonprofit organization with international reach focused on empowerment, leadership development, and humanitarian outreach. She has served on state advisory councils and international boards promoting peace, equity, and community advancement.

At the Royal Care Foundation, Dr. Ward contributes her clinical insight, training expertise, global outreach experience, and dedication to equitable healthcare access to support compassionate care and sustainable community health initiatives.
