Ambassador Michelle Boone-Thornton brings over 25 years of leadership and service in the field of mental health to her role as Board Chair of the Royal Care Foundation. She currently serves as the Assistant Program Director of the Doctorate in Counseling at Regent University.

Venessa Kwamboka is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 10 years of legal practice. She studied law at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and completed her training at the Kenya School of Law.

Maina Elkanah is the Founder and CEO of the Royal Care Foundation (RCF), where he leads the organization’s mission to expand access to quality healthcare and empower vulnerable and marginalized individuals to live healthier lives.

Joyce Moraa Okemwa is a business leader with over 25 years of experience and a strong advocate for women’s empowerment and community development. She leads a women’s welfare group dedicated to equipping women with economic opportunities and supporting their overall well-being.

Stefanie Austin is a Healthcare Executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, cost-effective services that improve both patient experiences and provider satisfaction.

Cliff Martin Nyachwaya serves as a Board Member of the Royal Care Foundation (RCF), where he contributes to the organization’s governance and long-term strategic vision. Currently based in Australia, Cliff brings a unique international perspective that strengthens RCF’s mission.
