Ms. Coleman has led operations and engineering teams within Fortune 500 environments, including globally recognized brands such as Kraft Foods, Campbell’s Soup, Target, and CVS. Her career has focused on building scalable systems, managing multi-million-dollar operations, and leading high-performance teams in complex, high-growth environments.
She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pure Genesis, a purpose-driven company focused on access, advocacy, and responsible ownership. Under her leadership, Pure Genesis expanded into multi-state and international operations, developed education platforms, and promoted inclusive economic participation within emerging markets. Her work emphasizes innovation, ethical leadership, and community empowerment.
